T O P I C R E V I E Wmarried11yearsAtheist aspects in natal chart, can anyone share with me what you know? Like what in a natal chart can point to someone being a lifelong Atheist, and also unspiritual. What do you notice from their aspects? My husband is an Atheist ALL his life, he is NOT a spiritual person, let alone religious. His Jupiter and Neptune (can't perform at it potential) as BOTH are in it in weakest falling state Capricorn sign rule by Saturn. And when it in it weak and falling state, what Neptune and Jupiter want to do is focused on what Saturn (Capricorn) wants and not what they usually do.We all know the traits of Neptune and Jupiter. And Saturn is the OPPOSITE to what they represent. It wants structure, boundaries, stability, pragmatic, maturity, melancholic, and serious. The weird thing is my husband Sun is traditionally rule by Jupiter (modern rule by Neptune and Jupiter). However BOTH hi Jupiter and Neptune is at it weakest falling state, in the sign of Capricorn rule Saturn. My husband Sun is in 9th house that in the house of philosophy, spiritual, etc.. But this Capricorn sign Jupiter and Neptune (rule by Saturn) make it depress, and have Saturn traits. And we know Saturn is anything bad spiritual or religious. Basically Saturn killed my husband Sun (his Sun rule by Jupiter and Neptune), and both his Neptune and Jupiter are in the Capricorn Saturn rule sign. Can you share yours about what you know in a chart of someone who Atheist?saronnaHi married11. I'm rather fond of Isaac Asimov as a person as well: http://astro-charts.com/persons/chart/isaac-asimov/ AmoranthanielaEarth dominance, harsh aspects to planets in earth signs can indicate atheism. A need for everything to be material, factual, and statistical which is all translated as a need for control. Sagittarius and badly aspected Jupiter can be athiest, but I've found that more often than not, it's not because they don't believe in anything divinity, spiritual, or a conscious source - but rather, they become atheists out of spite as a "FU" to god and religion, and often because something traumatic happened to them. Air signs as well, but that's mostly due to the fact that they can live in their head, and understand the world in a more cerebral way, rather than through the heart. Steven Hawking claimed over and over that he not only has no fear (methinks he doth protest too much), and that there is no god, apparently. His chart is a classic Athiest chart. He had a very spiritual and religious wife, who he could not reconcile with and fought with because he didn't believe in anything beyond science, and she could not get through to him. I believe he divorced her. Basically his separation from her was his separation from "spirit."Knowing that everything can be figured out with science and figures brings more comfort to some. He said: “I believe the simplest explanation is there is no God,” Hawking once said, as Lori Johnston recounted for The Washington Post. “No one created the universe, and no one directs our fate. This leads me to a profound realization that there probably is no heaven and no afterlife, either.”An old friend of mine had Saturn conjunct his sun, mercury, and Venus, all in Pisces. He would regularly exclaim how much he didn't believe in God or the supernatural or anything beyond science and hard facts and numbers, and that he was a true atheist. However, having all that energy in Pisces meant that naturally, he would often see ghosts, spirits, shadows and have clairaudient experiences. He would deny every one of his these, however, and claim he was just crazy and hallucinating. So, he would go see doctors and self-medicate with as many prescriptions as possible.SeaGoat9I am neither here nor there with it, in fact I bridged gaps between spirit and reality with religion, astrology and reality.Sun opposite Saturn, Sun conjunct Jupiter, Saturn conjunct Neptune, Neptune conjunct Uranus, chart ruler is Uranus / Saturn.Saturn in 12th, North Node in the 12th.I have never seen anything other than reality, but I also did see myself from a 3rd person perspective sleeping as a child and I had a dream where my mum held my hand and a shooting star went across a purple sky.I am not fully in either world, I see into all of it but am grounded.StawrMy husband is one and he has a very earth heavy chart. My husband is an Atheist ALL his life, he is NOT a spiritual person, let alone religious.
His Jupiter and Neptune (can't perform at it potential) as BOTH are in it in weakest falling state Capricorn sign rule by Saturn.

We all know the traits of Neptune and Jupiter. And Saturn is the OPPOSITE to what they represent. It wants structure, boundaries, stability, pragmatic, maturity, melancholic, and serious.
